Andrew Hayward provides a specialist service in Residential Sales & Lettings throughout London, and covers the entire property rental and letting market.

Andrew Hayward is unique in that we work only with private investors and small property consortia. Using our extensive network, we are able to bring sellers and landlords together with buyers and tenants respectively.

If you decide to use our service, we will be pleased to visit you at your property and one of our property consultants will evaluate your property in line with the current housing market.

Once the valuation process has been conducted, we will advertise your property through a number of channels, including using our various affiliate websites and newspapers. We will advise you on how to achieve the maximum letting potential or if you are selling your property we can advise on what features can be added to enhance your property to sell faster and at the highest possible price.

In the past, we have facilitated sales and lettings in over a hundred transactions and currently hold around 78 in our letting portfolio.

We have a lot of experience in cheap, affordable housing in sought-after residential areas suitable for individuals, couples, group sharing and families alike.

Longer Opening Hours                                              

Survey shows that roughly 50% of the viewings are carried out in the evenings and weekends therefore we operate our viewing times upto 8pm during weekdays and 5pm during the weekends.

Andrew Haywards opening times are from 10am to 8pm Mon-Fri and 10am - 5pm Saturday, Bank Holidays, and Sunday on appointment only.
