At Andrew Hayward, we aim to provide the highest quality of property management for landlords ensuring that landlords can always be kept up to date on the day to day reports on their property. Landlords can now view the statements online, as well as tenants reporting a repair online, thus enabling quick response for action for the repair. Our new system allows landlords and tenants to communicate and view reports online so that we can keep the costs low for our landlords.

Our discounted management fees are only £50 per property per month (inclusive of Vat), regardless its size of bedrooms. 

The services for management are as follows:

- Checking in of tenants 

- Full property inventory

- Setting of of the standing order so that monthly rent is paid into the landlords account

- Dealing with repairs in the property and arranging necessary works man to carry out the job

- Quarterly property inspection with reports sent to landlord

- Chasing up rent due from tenants

- Serving relevant notices to tenants

- Checking out of tenants at the end of tenancy
